Thankfully, a very quick search will tell you Blue Monday’s a bit of a marketing myth – but if your body’s ignoring your brain on this one, we’ve got a handy solution that’s actually backed by science. If you don’t believe us, here’s a recent peer-reviewed academic paper! Scientists said that

A growing body of literature, largely based on adults and old people, suggests that volunteering and charitable donations are related to individuals’ psychological well-being

…and recommended that students took up volunteering for the good of their mental health.
