Foodbank vouchers

Find out how to get a foodbank voucher

We know that anyone can find themselves at crisis point for a number of different reasons.

We work with local agencies to get you the best help for your needs. If they feel you are struggling to put food on the table, they will issue you with a foodbank voucher. The local agency can also provide long term support for your crisis.

Our foodbank works with a number of different agencies, such as Citizens Advice, children’s centres, doctors, and health visitors – this page has a full list.

If nobody on this list can help you, you can also call Citizens Advice (Freephone) on 0808 278 7803 (Option 4)

A referral agency will look at the cause of your crisis and offer practical help. They will take some basic details from you to complete an e-voucher. Working with agencies means we are able to prepare suitable emergency food for the right number of people.

Once you have been issued with a voucher you will be contacted by the foodbank and arrangements can be made for delivery to your home address. Your parcel will arrive in an unmarked vehicle, and our volunteers will not enter your home.
